Akira Takezawa
Back when they both rode in the Skanda motorcycle gang, Misato had a crush on Takezawa. This was before he transitioned, and when they met later he recognized him and told Shinomi Fujisaki about his past.
History
Misato met Eikichi Onizuka at the karaoke club she worked at, where hse had been scammed by a group of girls. They hit it off, and Eikichi's friends found them singing together. Afterwards, she took him to a spot overlooking the city to drink beer, and entertained him by doing impressions of Ultraman monsters. They ended up going to a love hotel together, but Eikichi couldn't go through with it.
The next day, he returned home to find Misato there, cooking dinner for him. This time he asked her out properly, and planned to meet her the next evening. However, on their date, he kept noticing suspicious things, like her having a lot of money and getting out of a car driven by a tough-looking guy. They steal a motorcycle and crash, but are able to escape from the gang who owned it. They go back to her place and Eikichi realized he's really in love.
Eventually, Misato revealed that she was transgender. Eikichi was shocked, but didn't say anything. Misato told him he was leaving on the train for Tokyo the next day, and that if he loved her, he should come with her. Eikichi waited at the train station, but when he saw her, he ended up taking a friend's car to Tokyo, preferring to live with memories of their time together.
